本科毕业设计 家用垃圾处理机粉碎装置设计 摘 要 本论文依据我国实际情况，设计适合本国的生活垃圾粉碎处理装置，使居民在家中可以直接对厨房垃圾进行初步处理。 设计时，首先对其基本原理进行描述，在刀盘高速旋转下，被处理的垃圾不能与刀盘一起旋转，从而产生一定的速度差，加上离心力对被处理物的作用，使被处理的垃圾与刀盘的运动又不同向，这样，高速旋转的刀对被处理的垃圾的破碎，撕拉等作用，使生活垃圾迅速变为3-5mm颗粒。垃圾粉碎装置由投入口、粉碎室、驱动电机和排污口四部分组，驱动电机为粉碎装置提供动力来源，粉碎室内装有多重多向粉碎功能的粉碎刀盘，是食物垃圾进行粉碎的场所，驱动电机和粉碎刀盘为垃圾粉碎装置的关键部分，直接影响垃圾粉碎装置的使用效果，所以本论文着重对驱动电机和粉碎刀盘进行阐述。 关键词：生活垃圾 组合刀盘 粉碎Design of Crushing Device for Household Waste Disposal Abstract According to the characters of food garbage, the paper designs the device-kitchen food garbage disposal. The machine makes it become true that people can remove kitchen garbage at home .it has many virtues of cutting down easily-rotten organic rubbish, improving environmental quality, treating refuse more easily. It has economical and social benefit. The paper explains the theory firstly when cutters rotate at high speed，the rubbish is not move at the same time then cause a speed difference, adding the effect of centrifugal force ,the waste bring a different direction from the cutter, then, the machine promptly tums the garbage into3-5mm grain ,depending on inner-cutter、end-cutter and swing-cutter act together waste entrycrush cavity motor and discharge exit are constitute the machine. In crush cavity there have all kinds of cutters implementing smash. The motor affords energy .for the kitchen food garbage disposal, the motor and cutters are crucial parts, so the paper mainly discusses them.
