主人的话：不需要太温馨，我们就喜欢黑白灰质感强一些，甚至商务一些的感觉，需要做智能灯光，希望后期空间氛围好一些也有一些变化。

We do not need to be too warm, we like the black and white gray sense is strong, even some business feeling, need to do smart lighting, hope that the later space atmosphere is better and there are some changes.

还记得前段收到业主宝子的祝福和分享，在和朋友的饭局上极力的安利我们工作室，不过相较于得到推荐，更开心的是这种由衷的认可和支持。项目完成后去现场拍摄记录的时候，也听到业主提及入住的感受以及亲戚和朋友们一致的夸赞，一段愉快的设计落地之旅，也很高兴交上这一份让业主满意的答卷。

I still remember receiving the blessing and sharing from the owner Baozi at the beginning of the year after the completion of the design, and I tried my best to work with our studio at the dinner with friends. However, compared with getting the recommendation, I was more happy with this kind of heartfelt recognition and support. When I went to the scene to record the shooting after the completion of the project, I also heard the owner mention the feeling of staying and the unanimous praise from relatives and friends. A happy design landing trip, but also very happy to hand in this to the owners satisfied with the answer sheet.

01空间原貌

—

原始空间是一套三室的户型。入户正对南次卧的墙体，无任何采光，空间光线不足，给人沉闷压抑感。南次卧门正对客厅，空间体验感不好。客卫空间十分有限，门前的廊道面积也十分浪费。我们希望最终呈现的空间氛围是温暖自在的，也具备主人自有的气质。

改造说明：

—

◾ 将原本的南向次卧完全打开做成一个多功能转换的空间，隐形推拉门可开可合，让空间具备不同场景下使用的弹性。同时也让入户体验感更好。

◾ 将卫生间干区放在餐桌背后，形成开放的空间格局。洄游动线的引入让空间变得开放而流动，分散的功能也被有机的串联成简洁的整体，人的活动变得具备更多可能性，最大化了空间的尺度感受。

◾ 厨房做半开放设计，一侧安装隐形玻璃推拉门，爆炒时将烹饪区隔开，避免油烟乱窜。闲时，将厨房打开，增加互动感。

◾ 将原本的主卫打开作为衣帽间，让主卧空间更加的舒适。

◾ 现阶段业主家里还没有小朋友，我们给予空间一定的留白，让空间不再作为单一的功能使用，赋予他充满变化的可能性。

从设计咨询到确定意向后的现场勘测，再到布局方案设计，以及深化方案的每一个细节推敲和确定，每一次的沟通汇报都力求达到客户预期再给予更多惊喜。当然，也非常感谢业主全然的相信和托付，每一次方案汇报基本都是一次通过，然后满心欢喜地开启此次的设计落地之旅。

From design consultation to on-site survey after determining intentions, to layout design, and every detail of the deepening plan is carefully considered and determined. Every communication report strives to meet the customer’s expectations and provide more surprises. Of course, we are also very grateful to the owner for their complete trust and trust. 设计从来都不是单一的视觉化效果呈现，全案设计更是一个“设想”+“计划”的全流程且系统化的服务过程，是解决空间限制问题并给居住者在空间之中的生活方式创造出更多的可能性，并且通过精细化的梳理对整个施工过程起到更加准确的控制，以保证前期的设想通过有序的计划变为后期现实，甚至超预期的实现。一个理想的住宅落地，离不开每一个参与者的辛勤付出，感谢每一份匠心。

Design is never a single visual presentation. Whole project design is a comprehensive and systematic service process of "conception" and "planning", which solves the problem of spatial limitations and creates more possibilities for residents’ lifestyles in the space. Through fine sorting, the entire construction process is more accurately controlled to ensure that the initial ideas are transformed into later reality through orderly planning, and even exceed expectations. An ideal residential building cannot be achieved without the hard work of every participant, and we are grateful for every bit of craftsmanship.

●软装摆场和落地拍摄

从设计到硬装施工，到软装选品和采购，再到最终落地，一点点的让空间更有温度。

The original space is a small three-bedroom apartment. Each space is relatively small, and the comfort level is not high. The location and scale of the original restaurant are very limited, squeezed to the side by the original flow line, and unable to increase related supporting facilities. In a situation where each space is very limited, the corridor in front of the bathroom and master bedroom is too wasteful and unobstructed, lacking a good spatial experience. We hope that the final spatial atmosphere presented is warm and comfortable, and also has the owner’s own temperament.

Form provides the necessary support for inner ritual. 更庞大或者细微的构成 A larger or subtler composition.

最终还是要回归到情绪情感的呼应

Ultimately, it comes back to the emotional response.

本案是一套三室的户型，原本部分空间的尺度感较差，加之居住者只有两个常用的私密卧室需求，因此我们将原有的部分空间打开重组，突破空间的限制，在拓展场景可能性和功能完整性的前提下，充分地让空间流动起来，让空间具备不同场景下使用的弹性。我们希望空间是开放的也是包容的，是流动的也是有温度的。

This case is a three-room apartment, some of the original space had a poor sense of scale, and the occupants only had two commonly used private bedrooms. Therefore, we opened and reorganized the original part of the space, broke through the space limitation, and fully made the space flow under the premise of expanding the scene possibility and functional integrity, so that the space could be used flexibly in different scenes. We want the space to be open and inclusive, flowing and warm.

01.引景入室，心向旷野—

在一个明媚的午后，步入家门，光线随之被唤醒，自然纹路的石材与光线相互交叠，一抹绿意悄然立于其中，孕育着生长的美态。蓬勃的生命力，自然的气息在空间中流动，沉淀出空间的质感。

In a bright afternoon, step into the door, the light is awakened, the natural grain of stone and light overlap each other, a touch of green quietly standing in it, pregnant with the growth of the United States. Vigorous vitality, natural breath flows in the space, precipitating the texture of the space.

02 无边界的家—

全屋以黑白灰为基调进行风格叙述，营造空间的干净利落，不浮于表面，不过于沉寂，低调而不张扬，与多种材质的家具互相融合，诠释不一样的内敛质感。

The entire house is narrated in a black, white, and gray tone, creating a clean and tidy space that does not float on the surface, is not too quiet, low-key but not flashy, and blends with furniture made of various materials, interpreting a different sense of introverted texture.

利落的线条与造型的融入，搭配极简的吊顶与墙面，摒弃繁杂的形式，不给空间过多的装饰符号，将低调优雅内敛其中，更显高级质感。

The integration of neat lines and shapes, paired with minimalist ceilings and walls, abandons complex forms and does not give too many decorative symbols to the space. It combines low-key elegance and introverted elements, giving a more sophisticated texture.

融合温润的原木与独特的金属质感，低调夺目又自带神秘氛围，隐形收纳柜弱化空间的功能性，让空间让渡于叙事。

The fusion of warm logs and unique metal texture, with a low-key and eye-catching yet mysterious atmosphere, the invisible storage cabinet weakens the functionality of the space and allows it to be transferred to narrative.

基于居住者的需求，我们将原本的南向次卧打开做成一个多功能转换的空间，让空间具备不同场景下使用的弹性。打开时，空间流通起来，书香气息随之弥漫到各个角落；关上时，隔绝世俗的喧嚣浮躁，亦有自己的一方小天地。

Based on the needs of the residents, we have opened up the original south facing secondary bedroom to create a multifunctional conversion space, giving the space flexibility for use in different scenarios. When opened, the space circulates and the scholarly atmosphere permeates every corner. When closed, it isolates the hustle and bustle of the secular world and has its own small world.

03 流动的场域—

原本客卫空间十分有限，门前的廊道有些浪费空间，因此我们重新对空间进行梳理，把卫生间干区放在餐桌背后，形成开放的空间格局，极尽展现空间叙事的多重可能性。洄游动线的引入让空间变得开放而流动，分散的功能也被有机的串联成简洁的整体，人的活动变得具备更多可能性，最大化了空间的尺度感受，松弛有度。

The guest bathroom space was originally very limited, and the corridor in front of the door was a bit wasteful. Therefore, we reorganized the space and placed the bathroom dry area behind the dining table, forming an open spatial pattern, fully showcasing the multiple possibilities of spatial narrative. The introduction of migratory routes makes the space open and flowing, and the scattered functions are organically connected into a concise whole. Human activities become more possible, maximizing the sense of scale and relaxation of the space.

餐厅的黑色原木和金属背景墙与客厅相呼应，始于极简，归于纯粹，空间在此延申，自由在此生长。

The black logs and metal background walls of the restaurant echo the living room, starting from minimalism and returning to purity. The space extends here and freedom grows here.

金属餐桌搭配灰色皮质餐椅，不同的材质相互碰撞，交相渗透，营造时尚前卫的空间感。错落的灯光洒落，演绎出和缓的空间节奏，简洁中散发着沉稳安定的情绪感染力。

The metal dining table is paired with gray leather dining chairs, with different materials colliding and penetrating each other, creating a fashionable and avant-garde sense of space. The scattered lighting reflects a gentle spatial rhythm, emitting a calm and stable emotional appeal in simplicity.

卫生间干区放置在餐桌背景后，既优化了空间动线，又最大化了空间的使用感受。空间不设限，让生活多一些松弛感。

04 精神归隐处—

由于业主保留一个卫生间的需求，我们将原本的主卫打开作为衣帽间，与梳妆台床头柜做一体化设计，纯粹的用材，相互呼应，保持空间的尺度延伸感。

Due to the owner’s need to reserve a bathroom, we have opened the original main bathroom as a cloakroom and integrated it with the dressing table and bedside table. The pure materials complement each other, maintaining a sense of spatial extension.

整体采用柔和的暖灰色，搭配浑然天成的木饰面，以柔和的基调和极具质感的设计，营造属于家的温度。

The overall design adopts a soft warm gray color, paired with a natural wood veneer, with a soft tone and highly textured design to create a temperature that belongs to the home.

05 可生长的空间—

现阶段业主家里还没有小朋友，我们给予空间一定的留白，让空间不再作为单一的功能使用，赋予他充满变化的可能性。考虑到儿童成长不同阶段的空间需求，整体硬装造型简洁，软装搭配作为重点。书桌衣柜一体化，给室内预留出活动空间，让空间也有更多可能性。

At this stage, there are no children in the owner’s home, so we give the space a certain amount of white space, so that the space is no longer used as a single function, giving him the possibility of change. Taking into account the space needs of different stages of children’s growth, the overall hard outfit is simple, and the soft outfit is the focus. Desk and wardrobe integration, to reserve indoor activity space, so that the space also has more possibilities.

落地比图纸更精彩。—

在施工的过程中，高度还原设计离不开参与的每个人，我们一直相信，每个推敲过的节点，都会在空间中闪闪发光。

During the construction process, highly realistic design cannot be achieved without everyone involved. We have always believed that every carefully considered node will shine brightly in the space.
