(Update: On 22nd September, Keanu’s publicist told E! News: “It is not true. They are not married.”)
Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant have quietly taken their love story to the next level. Friends since 2009 and partners in both life and art, the couple reportedly exchanged vows during a secret wedding in Europe. According to RadarOnline, the 60-year-old actor and the 51-year-old artist quietly said “I do” in an intimate, discreet ceremony surrounded by love.
Multiple reports have highlighted that Reeves and Grant have indeed shared their ‘I Dos’.

“They wanted something that was just for them,” a source told the outlet. “They value their privacy, so keeping it quiet fits them perfectly.”
The insider added that Reeves and Grant are basking in that newlywed glow, with their bond deepening even more since making it official.
Inside Their Reported Private Ceremony
An Instagram page based on Reeves echoed the claims, saying the ceremony was small, private, and attended only by close family and trusted friends. One guest described the event as “peaceful and full of love.”

“Alexandra looked elegant in a simple gown, while Keanu was emotional when he saw her walk down the aisle,” the source added. The couple reportedly wrote their own vows, making the ceremony even more intimate.
While neither Reeves nor Grant has commented publicly, speculation about marriage has circled them for years. EntertainmentNow independently could not verify the reports either. Grant was previously spotted wearing a ring, but the couple never confirmed engagement rumors.
Grant Praises Reeves’ Broadway Debut
Marriage reports come as Reeves takes the stage for his Broadway debut in “Waiting for Godot.” Grant shared a heartfelt Instagram post after attending the first preview, praising Reeves’ portrayal of Estragon.
“To Keanu — who is not on social media, and with whom I’ll share this later — your hard work and dedication to trying something new and brave is so inspiring, artist to artist,” she wrote. “Your Estragon is unlike any I’ve seen before … funny, lonely, pensive, philosophical.”
She also applauded director Jamie Lloyd, the cast, and crew, calling the production “exciting, wildly imaginative, surprising.”
A Loving & Creative Partnership

Reeves and Grant first met in 2009 at a dinner party and collaborated on the books “Ode to Happiness” and “Shadows.” In 2017, they co-founded X Artists’ Books. Their friendship blossomed into romance, and they made their red carpet debut as a couple in 2019.
Reeves confirmed the relationship in 2020, telling Parade, “It’s been really wonderful to be with Alexandra. We enjoy each other’s company, whatever that may be.”
Though private, they have shared rare glimpses of their relationship. At the 2023 MOCA Gala in Los Angeles, the couple kissed on the red carpet. Around the same time, Reeves told People his last blissful moment was with Grant: “A couple of days ago with my honey. We were in bed. We were connected. We were smiling and laughing and giggling. Feeling great. It was just really nice to be together.”
From blockbuster hits like “The Matrix,” “John Wick,” and “Speed” to new chapters on Broadway, Reeves is proving that some of his happiest roles are found offscreen, in life shared with Grant.
