摘要： 济南市的既有居住建筑普遍存在室内冬冷夏热，采暖和空调能耗高的现象，本文以济南市槐荫区营市东街某住宅楼为例，借助DeST-h软件，对该住宅楼的建筑能耗情况进行了模拟，提出了围护结构的节能改造措施，并进行了经济性分析。

Abstract: In Jinan, the indoor temperature of existing residential buildings is high in summer and low in winter, resulting in high energy consumption of heating and air conditioning. Taking one residential building of the East Yingshi Street for example, we simulated the construction energy consumption of the building with the aid of dest-h software, gave energy-saving improvement measures, and conducted economical analysis.
