多功能厨房用清洗机的总体方案设计 摘 要 随着人们生活质量的提高，越来越多的电气设备走进了人们的生活，尤其是 家电类产品。洗衣机 ，洗菜机，洗碗机等解放劳动力的机械产品已经逐渐得到人 们的青睐。 本文所设计的就是一种功能较为全面的厨房用清洗机。有洗餐具和部分蔬菜 的功能。目前市场上的洗碗机主要采用喷嘴旋转式，喷淋压力的增大会导致喷臂 旋转速度加快，导致喷淋压力不足，不能保证餐具的快速清洗效果。本设计改进 了以往产品压力不足的缺点，采用碗架旋转方式，喷头压力可以在泵的允许方位 内任意加大，从而增大喷淋压力，更快的完成洗涤过程。另外本设计很好的处理 了轴做低速旋转时的密封问题。洗菜主要采用淹没冲洗式，主要清洗包括土豆、 西红柿、茄子等成型蔬菜。控制系统采用继电器自动控制原理，操作简单。功能 方面还加入臭氧消毒，从而更好的满足现代生活要求。 关键词 厨用清洗机，碗架自旋转，旋转喷淋 I 多功能厨房用清洗机的总体方案设计 ABSTRACT As the quality of people’ live is improved, more and more electrical equipment come into the family. Washing machines, rice cooker, dishwashers and other machines which liberate the labor for housewife are popular in the daytime. This paper is designed for a multi-function washer for the kitchen. It can be used to wash dishes and some vegetables like tomatoes potatoes and so on. Generally, dishwashers on the market today are mainly depended on the rotary nozzle, if the pressure in the spray-arm is increased, the result is that spray-arm spins faster, but the pressure on the dish is still low. In other words, it is imposable to decrease the time for washing by increasing the pressure. To improve the previous design for lacking of pressure, we design a rotary-bowl shelf. The power is the press water from the spray-arm. The pressure can be increased any if the pump is allowed. Thereby the faster completion of the washing process is came true. Furthermore, we did a good job in seal. Relays are used to control the automatic system. It is easy to operate. Ozone disinfection is joined, in order to satisfy the modern life.
