摘要 肿瘤患者营养不良发病率高,规范有效的营养治疗有利于改善患者生活质量,缩短住院时间,提高生存率。 家庭肠 内营养是院内营养治疗的重要延伸,如果患者营养摄入的种类和数量不足 1 周或更长时间,则应予以考虑。 在家庭肠内营养 实施过程中,患者常常因摄入不足或严重肠内营养并发症等导致能量不达标或肠内营养中断,因此给予及时专业的指导和监 测尤为重要,比如:肠内营养接入设备的使用,肠内营养制剂的使用与储存,并发症识别处理等。 本文以国内外最新家庭肠内 营养管理相关指南为参考,检索近年来发表的随机对照试验、系统评价和 meta 分析等各类研究并结合临床经验,围绕肿瘤患 者家庭肠内营养护理的最佳照护模式、筛查与评估、方案实施、营养教育等方面作总结和推荐,为临床护理的规范化和标准化 提供依据。服务把本文推荐给朋友加入我的书架加入引用管理器 E-mail AlertRSS作者相关文章中国抗癌协会肿瘤营养专业委员会关键词 ：肿瘤, 家庭肠内营养, 营养护理   Abstract：The incidence rate of malnutrition in cancer patients is high. Standardized and effective nutrition treatment is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients shortening the length of hospital stay and improving the survival rate. Home enteral nutrition is an important extension of in -hospital nutrition support and should be considered if the type and quantity of nutrients consumed by patients are less than a week or longer. In the process of implementing enteral nutrition at home patients often experience energy failure or interruption of enteral nutrition due to insufficient nutrient intake or serious complications. Therefore timely and professional guidance and monitoring are particularly important such as the use of enteral nutrition access equipment the use and storage of enteral nutrition preparations and the identification and management of complications.
