团队组织

该项目由品沐的市场部和热浪ID设计部共同推进完成，设计部共投入了2个组，分别由2位资深设计师带领，设计过程中分工明确，协作顺利。

流程方法

设计前期对厨房环境做了深入的研究与体验，挖掘出用户在厨房操作中的痛点，同时结合用户在挑选产品时的各种考虑因素，在控制成本又不失审美的情况下去做最简洁，最有用，最健康的产品设计。

该项目的目标是帮助品沐提升市场竞争力和品牌内涵，通过产品向用户传达一种放慢生活节奏，享受生活品质与美好的理念。

Project Description

The double drain basket uses intimate double deck design that can clean and place fruits,vegetables expediently and it is sturdy and durable.Different from lots of plastic drain basket on the market, it uses the food grade biodegradable wheat straw and raw material, make the product more healthy and environmentally friendly.With wheat fragrance, people feel more comfortable at the same time.The appearance of the product is more refined than the others,this kind of small and beautiful product evokes more refined pursuit of life.

User Value

The double drain basket emits wheat fragrance itself,and comparing with the plastic material it can reflect its environmental protection, enhance people's awareness of environmental protection.This design adopts circular design of large cambered surface,and the bottom of the basket adopts petal array elements as the permeable hole,simple and delicate.At the same time, its cheap market features make products easier to integrate into life better, with a convenient and sophisticated sense of life.

Business Performance

Once the product is listed, the sales volume of the same day online broke ten thousand.It has a great use and beauty value in kitchen utensils and brings a better experience for consumption.

Social Impact

Different from the traditional drain basket uses mostly ordinary plastic products, Pinmoo double drain basket using food grade wheat straw,corn starch and other natural raw materials, health,environmental protection and biodegradable,greatly reduce the environmental pollution,meanwhile, the material production cost is lower,is worth to spread.

Team Structure

The project was completed by Pinmoo marketing department and Hotdesign industrial design department.The design department has invested 2 groups, which were led by 2 senior designers. The design process is clearly divided and the cooperation is smooth.

Flow

Early in the design phase,the team did deep research and experience on the kitchen environment, dug out the users' problems in the kitchen operation.Under users' variety of considerations in the selection of products,design the most concise,useful and healthy product in controlling the cost and keeping the aesthetic.
