设计背景：
3D打印机在打印过程中会释放微颗粒，对人体有害。最好的办法是将气体排到室外，但我放置打印机的位置不具备这个条件。
通过利用P1S背面出风孔，将箱内气体抽到空气净化器进行过滤，实现室内净化。
已经有很多设计师设计了优秀的解决方案，但均为侧进风，个人觉得这种进风方式无法充分发挥滤芯的性能，在参考了众多设计之后，选择了晴川大佬的设计，在其基础上设计了底部进风方案。

Design background:
During the printing process, 3D printers release micro particles which are harmful to human bodies. The best way is to exhaust the air outside, but the location where I placed my printer does not have this condition. By utilizing the air outlet on the back of P1S, we can pump the air inside the box through an air purifier for filtration and achieve indoor purification. Many designers have designed excellent solutions, but they all adopt side-entry design. Personally, I think this kind of air intake method cannot fully utilize the performance of the filter core. After referring to many designs, I chose Qingchuan's design as a basis and designed a bottom air intake solution on it.
 

侧进风：由于过滤器主体和滤芯之间缝隙较小，侧边吸入的空气容易延最短路径只通过一侧的滤芯，无法充分发挥滤芯的性能。

Side air intake: Due to the small gap between the filter body and the filter core, the air inhaled from the side is prone to pass through only one side of the filter along the shortest path, which cannot fully utilize the performance of the filter core.
 

底部进风：减少最短路径，保证滤芯的各个面都能接触到相同体量的空气。

Bottom air intake: to reduce the shortest path and ensure that every side of the filter can be exposed to an equal volume of air.

整体净化方案：

移除P1S仓内的活性炭和盖板，以获得更好的排风效果。

使用6cm口径软管将气体抽出到净化器中进行过滤。实测6cm口径足够满足过滤要求，兼顾了实用性和美观性。

Overall purification plan:
Remove the activated carbon and cover plate inside P1S to achieve better ventilation. 
Use a 6cm diameter hose to suck out the air into the purifier for filtration. In actual tests, a 6cm diameter was sufficient to meet the filtering requirements while balancing practicality and aesthetics.
 

原方案改造点：
1、封闭净化器主体侧面圆孔（提供了两个版本，本人采用带孔的版本，内部贴胶带堵上，方便后期作为普通空气净化器使用）
2、改造底座，增加风道。

Transformation points of the original plan:

1.Close the side round hole of purifier body (there are two versions provided, I used a version with holes that can be covered by adhesive tape inside for convenience when it is used as an ordinary air purifier later). 
2.Modify the base to increase airflow channels.

使用效果：

目前一直在运行中，效果非常好，屋内不再有难闻的气味。另外，我没有选择封闭电源散热孔和竹屎孔，不需要形成封闭的负压环境，这样有助于外部空气进入仓内，保持循环和散热。

Effectiveness:

It has been running continuously, and the effect is very good; there are no more unpleasant odors in the room. Additionally, I did not choose to seal the power supply ventilation holes and the bamboo pellet holes, as there is no need to create a sealed negative pressure environment. This helps external air enter the enclosure, maintaining circulation and heat dissipation.
