个人卫生习惯，用英语怎么说？常用英文卫生用语有哪些？

　　这次疫情让我们了解到，原来洗手那么重要，我们要告诉孩子，洗手看似简单，却可以使我们远离细菌和传染病。预防冠状病毒的最好方法是尽可能地多洗手。勤洗手、正确洗手是预防疾病的重要手段。

　　1 洗手

　　

　　Hand-washing is a simple activity, but this habit can keep germs(细菌)and infections (传染病)away.The best way to prevent coronavirus(冠状病毒)is to wash your hands as often as possible.

　　Turn on the tap（水龙头）.Put your hands under the running water to wet them.

　　打开水龙头，把手放在水中弄湿。

　　Apply some soap and rub(搓) your hands together.

　　涂一些肥皂并揉搓。

　　Scrub(搓洗)both sides of your hands, in between your fingers, around and under your fingernails, and around your wrists(手腕).

　　搓洗双手两侧，手指之间，指甲周围，以及手腕周围。

　　Keep washing your hands for 20 seconds or more.

　　持续洗手20秒钟或更长时间。

　　Wash away the soap completely with clean water.

　　用清水将肥皂彻底洗净。

　　Dry the hands with a clean towel.

　　用干净的毛巾擦干双手。

　　2 戴口罩

　　

　　A mask(口罩) may keep you from getting sick.

　　口罩可以防止你生病。

　　Clean your hands with soap and water before touching the mask.

　　拿口罩之前，先用肥皂和水清洗双手。

　　Determine(确定) which side of the mask is the top. The side of the mask that has a stiff(坚硬的) bendable(可弯曲的) edge is the top . It can help to mold(使~紧贴于) to the shape of your nose.

　　确定口罩的哪一面朝上。有可弯曲硬条的部分是朝上的，它用于使口罩和鼻子更好地贴合。

　　Determine which side of the mask is the front. The colored side of the mask is usually the front, while the white side touches your face.

　　确定口罩的哪一侧是正面。彩色面通常朝外，白色面朝里。

　　Hold the mask by the ear loops(圈). Place a loop around each ear.

　　拿着口罩两边的圈绳，分别套在两只耳朵上。

　　Mold or pinch(捏) the stiff edge to the shape of your nose.

　　最后，捏一捏口罩上面的硬条，让它跟鼻子更加贴合。

　　3刷牙

　　

　　We should brush our teeth everyday.

　　我们每天都要刷牙。

　　Put a little toothpaste(牙膏) on your toothbrush.

　　挤一些牙膏在牙刷上。

　　Brush up and down.Don’t forget to brush deep inside.

　　上上下下地刷，里面也要刷到。

　　Rinse(漱,冲洗) your mouth out thoroughly after brushing.

　　刷牙后，要彻底漱口。

　　Rinse your toothbrush.

　　冲洗你的牙刷。

　　4 洗澡

　　

　　It’s time to take a bath.

　　该洗澡了。

　　Take off your clothes.

　　先 脱掉衣服吧。

　　First, we wash your hair.

　　我们先来洗头。

　　Next, we wash your body.

　　接下来，咱们洗身上。

　　Clean yourself well using the body wash(沐浴露）.

　　用沐浴露好好洗洗吧。

　　Give yourself a final rinse.

　　最后再冲一下水。

　　Hygiene isn’t just about maintaining a good appearance. In fact, it is a proactive way to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria. 讲卫生不仅仅是保持美观。实际上，这是一种积极主动预防病毒和细菌传播的方法。
