简析城市道路照明节能改造的基本原理及措施

摘要：随着绿色照明工程的不断推进，城市道路照明的节能越来越被人们所重视，各大中城市纷纷采取各种节能措施进行探索和实践，也取得一定的效果。但节能的关键还是在于不断提高道路照明的科技含量，使用最有效的照明装置，优化照明控制，最终达到按需照明。道路路灯照明节电技术随着科技的不断进步和城市发展的需要跃上了一个新台阶。本文结合作者工作多年的经验简析城市道路照明节能的基本原理及改造措施。

Abstract: with the development of the green lighting project, the city road lighting energy saving more and more attention by people, the major cities are taking all kinds of energy saving measures for the exploration and practice, and obtained a certain effect. But the energy saving of the key lies in the continuously improve road lighting the content of science and technology, use the most effective lighting equipment, optimization of the lighting control, achieve finally on-demand lighting. Road street lamp illumination electricity saving technology along with the technological progress and the development of cities need to develop a new step. Based on the author’s experience has worked for many years of city road lighting the energy saving of the basic principle and reform measures.

1前言

国家建设部、发改委于2004年，在《城市道路照明设施管理规定》的基础上经过修改，发出《关于加强城市照明管理促进节约用电工作的意见》的通知。文中指出“大力推广节能技术，提高电能利用效率；严格按照照明设计标准规范进行照明设施的建设，不得超标准建设；新建、改建照明项目必须采用科学的照明设计方法，推广采用高效照明电器产品和节能控制技术。”等以上规则。随着我国经济建设的高速发展，社会城市化建设突飞猛进，因此，与之相匹配的城市道路照明的改造和新建工程也急剧骤增。但是伴随而来的是能耗的大幅度提高，特别是近年来能源价格大幅度提升，使电力耗费成为负担。因此，路灯的节能必然成为一种趋势。
