I I 基于节约里程法的城市电商物流末端配送路径优化研究一 一以京东物流广州客村站为例 【摘要】在电子商务普及应用的今天，购物方式中的网络购物占据的分量越 来越重。一方面，电子商务行业的高速发展推动了物流行业的发展，物流业的重 要程度愈发凸显：另一方面，在电商大环境下，各行业对物流服务的依赖越来越 强，物流服务问题日益突出，城市电商物流末端配送存在的问题更是当下急迫需 要解决的。 本论文首先通过查阅文献，对城市物流现状、配送路线优化等理论知识有初 步认知，了解国内外学者对城市物流末端配送的相关研究，参考相关研究的思路; 其次介绍电子商务的概念、配送相关理论与配送路线优化理论等，确定本文应用 的路径优化的方法；然后实地调查京东物流位于广州市海珠区客村的配送站，通 过访谈及电话访问调查的方式收集京东物流在广州市海珠区的配送线路相关现 状资料，对其配送规划现状中存在的各种混乱、不科学之处着重进行分析，考虑 制定配送路线的各种约束因素的影响，利用节约里程法对京东物流在广州市海珠 区的配送线路进行规划，求解得出优化后的配送线路：最后结合相关访问调查结 果，得出结论：LI前我国城市电商物流的末端配送实施过程中存在管理不严、操 作不当、配送线路规划不科学等问题。根据调查反馈，有针对性地提出改进和优 化建议，希望为其他地区解决城市电商物流配送问题提供借鉴，对推动电商物流 末端配送服务的发展以及提高客户满意度，具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。 【关键词】电商物流；城市物流末端配送：节约里程法 Research on the optimization of the end distributionpath of urban e-commerce logistics based on mileage savingmethod [Abstract] With the popularization and application of “commerce, online shopping has become more and more common and an indispensable part of peoples lif^? On the one hand, the vigorous development of e-conimerce promotes the development of the logistics industiy. On the other hand, the development of e-conunerce relies more and more on the logistics service, and the logistics seivice problem is increasingly prominent? The problems existing in the end distribution of urban e-commerce logistics are urgent to be solved? Tliis paper first through consulting the literature to understand the research diiection and content of domestic and foreign scholars on urban logistics temiiiial distribution, and leani from the wlevant experience of advanced research at home and abroad; secondly, it introduces the theoretical knowledge of urban tenninal distribution and distribution optimization, path optimization and other related knowledge, and defines the method of path optimization; then, it investigates the distribution station of Jingdong Logistics located ill the Hakka village, Haizlni District, Guangzhou city Inten*iew and questiomiaire survey collect the basic data of the distribution line of JD logistics in Haizhu District
