题目：旧建筑的适应性再利用及其评价要素研究 摘要 纵观整个建筑史的发展历程，其过程就是一个不断更新、改造的新陈代谢 过程。随着城市的发展，城市更新中旧建筑的再利用问题越来越受到人们的重 视。对于旧建筑的适应性再利用，以往的研究主要是从社会历史文化、城市文 脉、区域特色以及经济性等方面去考虑，而对于旧建筑适应性再利用的评价要 素研究却鲜有涉及。本文主要是在旧建筑适应性再利用的发展历程、制约因素、 基本理论概述的分析基础上，总结归纳出旧建筑适应性再利用的基本评价要素， 并就基本要素在具体项目上的运用做了一定的探讨，希望可以为我国的旧建筑 适应性再利用的实践提供一定的参考。 关键词：旧建筑 适应性再利用 评价要素 英文题目：The research of Old building about Adaptive Reuse and Evaluation Factors ABSTRACT Throughout the development process, we find the history of architecture is indeed a process renewal and remodel. With urban development, the reuse of old buildings has received increasing attention in urban renewal. For the adaptive reuse of old buildings, previous studies mainly from the social history and culture, urban context, the regional characteristics and economic and other aspects to consider, as for the adaptive reuse of old buildings of the evaluation factors are rarely involved. This article is in the old building adaptive reuse of the development process, limiting factors, the basic theory based on the analysis outlined, summarized the basic evaluation elements in adaptive reuse of old buildings and to do some investigate in specific projects on the basic elements, expect to provide some reference for China in the adaptive reuse of old buildings.
