However, with the rapid development of the technology of network, law protection of our citizens’ network privacy proposes severe challenges，which also has hampered the progress of network economy. Because the privacy provisions has a lot of shortage , at the same time the consciousness of our citizens about network privacy protection was weak . These lead to infringement phenomenon of network privacy of our citizens more and more seriously in reality. In recent years,to strengthen the legal protection of network privacy right and construct the legal system for it in China is an urgent and necessary task for Chinese governments.
