Android 系统是目前世界上最受欢迎的移动操

作系统，在这些年的发展中，谷歌为 Android 建立了

一个完整的系统架构，包括 Linux 内核层、系统运行

库层、应用框架层和应用层。应用开发时使用最多

的就是应用层，Android 系统为开发者封装了丰富的

功能以供使用，并且分层明确，架构清晰，这也是安

卓超越于众多手机系统 的原因。Android 系统 最大

的特色就是为开发者提供了四大组件：活动（Activity）、

服务（Service）、广播接收器（Broadcast Receiver）和内

容提供器（Content Provider）。

智慧路灯就是智慧城市的一个典型缩影，智慧

城市已经是当今城市发展的必然趋势，如今路灯不

仅仅只具备单一的照明功能，并且可以通过策略来

监测与控制，通过策略控制，可以实现不同时间段，

不同季节的开关与亮度调节，可以有效节约能源，快

摘要：为了解决传统路灯系统管理复杂，运维成本高昂的弊端，设计基于 Android 移动客户端的智

慧路灯系统，利用移动客户端的高效便捷的特性，对智慧路灯进行智慧控制与运维管理。该系统

采用标准 C/S 架构，实现了路灯单控、组控以及策略控制等功能，同时还可以在此客户端实行运维

管理，实现了工单派发，工单处理功能，实现智慧路灯运维与控制一站式处理。实际应用表明，该

系统有助于减少运维成本，提高运维效率，减少路灯故障处理周期，有效提升了智慧路灯亮灯效率

以及用户满意度。

Desgin and implementation of intelligent street lamp control system

client based in Android

Abstract：In order to solve the disadvantages of complex management and high cost of operation and

maintenance of traditional street lamp system，an intelligent street lamp system based on Android mobile

client is designed，which makes use of the efficient and convenient characteristics of mobile client to control

and manage intelligent street lamp. The system adopts standard C/S architecture，realizes the functions of

street lamp single control，group control and strategy control. At the same time，it can implement operation

and maintenance management in this client，realize the function of work order distribution and work order

processing，and realize one⁃stop processing of intelligent street lamp operation and maintenance and control.

Practical application shows that the system can help to reduce operation and maintenance costs，improve

operation and maintenance efficiency，reduce the cycle of street lamp failure treatment，and effectively

improve the efficiency of intelligent street lamp lighting and user satisfaction.
