长久以来,学者认为远程办公有助于员工避免工作与家庭的冲突,而员工的自我效能感作为重要的个体变量影响了远程办公对缓解工作与家庭冲突作用的有效性。自我效能概念的提出者Bandura, A. (1991)认为自我效能感与个人达成渴望目标的倾向具有高度的相关性。
Greenhaus et al.(2012)开发了工作与家庭平衡量表(Work–Family Balance Scale),在此基础上,Laurent M. Lapierre et al.(2016)进行了调整,创建了工作与家庭平衡的自我效能感量表(Work–Family Balance Self-Efficacy Scale),以反映员工的自我效能感(即,对他们的能力有信心)成功地平衡工作和家庭的程度。
信度与效度
Laurent M. Lapierre et al.(2016)在荷兰的一家跨国金融服务组织进行了3次数据收集,分别收集到251、189、144份有效数据。第一次数据结果显示内部一致性系数为0.95,重测信度为0.71(T1-T2)和0.66(T1-T3)。
Laurent M. Lapierre et al.(2016)使用以特征值大于1.00作为因子提取标准的探索性因素分析表明所有题目均负荷在单一的因素上,所有的项目的累积方差解释量为79.6%左右,项目因子载荷0.78和0.94之间。同时 Laurent M. Lapierre et al.(2016)也进行了验证性因素分析,使用AMOS 23测试工作与家庭的平衡自我效能(Work–family balance self-efficacy)的项目是否不同于基于时间和基于压力的工作对家庭的冲突项目(Work-to-family conflict)。将预期的三因素模型(工作与家庭的平衡自我效能感,基于时间的WFC和基于应变的WFC项目加载到各自的因素)和单因素模型(所有项目加载到一个单一的因素)比较,结果表明三因素模型取得了令人满意的拟合指数值(χ2= 106.91,DF = 51,χ2/ DF = 2.10;SRMR = 0.06; NFI = 0.95;CFI = 0.97; RMSEA = 0.07,PCLOSE= 0.06),而单因素模型没有(χ2= 725.81,DF = 54,χ2/ DF = 13.44; SRMR = 0.40; NFI = 0.68,CFI = 0.70;RMSEA = 0.22,PCLOSE <0.01)。
