摘 要 由于近年来国内经济水平社会文化的飞速发展，群众接受教育的程度也有大幅度的提升，人们生活水平和文化素养有了很大的进步，周围的基础设施已经越来越满足不了现在人们的需求，对于洗手间也不在局限于只是解决生理问题的场所，视觉和心理上的满足也越来越重要了，所以人性化的设计理念是必不可少的。如今洗手间的设计也越来越不满足只是形式上的美感，然而现在公共洗手间在功能上也已经远远满足不了现在人们的需求，且环境差，更不用提美感。所以人性化的理念已经越来越重要，它可以在人们要求形式美的同时又能根据多数人的生活习惯、行为习惯给予方便，既满足人们的生理排泄，又能满足人们的心理需求。 本课题是从人性化的设计理念作为出发点，运用心理行为环境艺术等多方面的角度，来考虑商业空间中公共卫生间人性化设施的设计法则和思路。商业空间中的洗手间在布置上也应该考虑适用于多种类型的人群，比如带孩子的家庭，残疾人群以及老年化人群，所以商业空间中人性化设施的公共卫生间还应该综合考虑到大众群体的，社会的人，考虑高速发展的文明和更加长远的人类生存环境的和谐与统一。 关键词: 需求 人性化 Abstract As China enters WTO, economy develops rapidly, reform and opening up to the outside world improve little by little, the consciousness of citizen’s supervision and participation enhances increasingly, the role that primary government act has not adapted the objective requirements of political and economic development, so, at present, china must realize the transform of government, establish public and service government.
