中国人民武装警察部队学院 毕业论文（设计） 题目 万达文华酒店厨房的消防安全隐患及 预防对策分析 自考准考证号 105615100017 姓 名 唐焕骁 系 队 部队管理系五队 身 份 证号 专业（方向） 消防工程 指导教师 毛占利 副教授 二○一七年十月 武警学院高等教育自考本科毕业论文（设计） PAGE 摘 要 结合我们国家当前各大酒店的实际情况来看，其实不难发现，基本上都已经形成了比较大的发展规模，而且均是高楼大厦，结构比较复杂，现有的设备也比较充足，并且存在非常大的人员流动性，只要是出现火灾，通常都不好进行处理，更不好安排所有人迅速撤离这个危险之地，以致于造成比较严重的后果。所以说，我们国家的各大酒店都应该按照自身的特点，建立并健全一套具备较强操作性的消防安全管理制度，通过这种方式来尽量排解火灾隐患，有利于防止更多火灾的出现。因为酒店每天都有各种各样的人出入，只要出现火灾，那么必将造成非常大的损失，所以本文对酒店的火灾危险性原因评估，提出了酒店配电系统的改造方案与防火对策，并就酒店的配电系统的严重问题提出了解决措施。不过在这篇文章里面，笔者将关注点全部放在了因为电气线路而造成火灾的这个问题上，最终得出，像负荷量大、短路、以及出现火花等现象都会造成火灾的出现。同时提出了山东烟台万达文华酒店的火灾危险性评估与防火对策：一是建立面向顾客的防火管理机制；二是实施全员防火管理；三是实施基于时间的防火管理；四是完善这个酒店现有的配电系统；最后是关于酒店消防应急这个方面的一些建议。 关键词:酒店;火灾;防控管理体系 ABSTRACT Most of the hotels have characteristics of large scale, high floor, complex layout, many facilities and facilities, frequent flow of personnel and so on.
