安 全 驾 驶 须 知

为了您和他人的交通安全，为了创建首都和谐交通秩序环境，维护首都文明城市形象，驾驶人应严格遵守交通规则，自觉规范交通行为：

（一）出车前做好车辆安全状况检查，了解熟悉车辆性能、特点，确保车辆制动、转向、电路、轮胎、燃料、车容车况完好，警告标志灭火器具等安全装置齐全有效，驾驶证、行驶证齐备。

（二）文明驾驶、安全礼让，服从交通民警指挥，不开“斗气车”。进出非机动车道低速行驶，行经人行横道减速让行，如遇行人通过时应停车让行。严禁疲劳驾驶，严禁驾车时拨打接听手持电话。

（三）遵守交通标志、标线，按交通限速标志、标线标明的速度行驶。行驶中保持适当车速，不超速行驶、强行超车。在进出主路时，注意观察，不争道抢行。在没有限速标志、标线和未施划道路中心线上的道路上，城市道路时速不超过30公里，公路上不超过40公里。行至不熟悉的道路时，注意交通信号、交通标志；行经无红绿灯的交叉路口，应减速慢行，让行人和优先通行的车辆先行；行经山区公路，严禁超速行驶、强行超车、空档滑行、疲劳驾车。

（四）保持适当安全距离。在高速公路上行驶，小型载客汽车最高时速不超过120公里，其他机动车不超过100公里。当机动车时速超过100公里时，与同车道前车距离保持在100米以上，尤其要与大型客、货车辆保持适当的安全距离，以防前车紧急制动时发生追尾碰撞。在高速公路上发生故障后，应立即开启危险报警闪光灯，将车辆移至不妨碍交通的地方停放，在故障车来车方向150米以外设置警告标志，车上人员迅速转移至右侧路肩上或者应急车道内，并且迅速报警。

（五）恶劣天气谨慎驾驶。机动车在高速公路上行驶，遇雾、雨、雪、沙尘、冰雹等低能见度气象条件时，应当遵守下列规定：能见度小于200米时，要开启雾灯、近光灯、示廓灯、前后位灯和危险报警闪光灯，车速不超过每小时60公里，与同车道前车保持100米以上距离；能见度低于100米时，车速不超过40公里，与同车道前车保持50米以上距离；能见度低于50米时，车速不超过20公里，并在最近的出口尽快驶离高速公路。

（六）切莫酒后驾车。酒后驾车是严重违法行为，酒后驾车极易发生交通事故。当您饮酒要驾驶时，谨记您的家人正在时刻盼您平安归来，您的平安就是家庭的幸福。

（七）当您驾车发生未造成人员伤亡或者受伤人员认为自己伤势轻微的交通事故，请按照北京市公安交通管理局《关于公布〈北京市道路交通事故简易程序处理规定〉的通告》（二00五年第73号），自行协商解决；发生人员伤亡交通事故的，请及时拨打122报警。

(3) Observe traffic signs and line markings, and drive at the speed indicated by traffic speed limit signs and line markings. Maintain proper speed while driving, do not overspeed, overtaking. When entering and leaving the main road, pay attention and do not fight for the road. On roads without speed limit signs, markings and unmarked road centerlines, the speed limit shall not exceed 30 km/h on urban roads and 40 km/h on highways. When traveling on unfamiliar roads, pay attention to traffic signals and traffic signs; When passing an intersection without traffic lights, slow down and let pedestrians and vehicles with priority pass first; Speeding, overtaking, gliding in neutral, and fatigue driving are strictly prohibited on mountain roads.

(4) Maintain an appropriate safe distance. On the highway, the maximum speed of small passenger vehicles does not exceed 120 kilometers per hour, and other motor vehicles do not exceed 100 kilometers per hour. When the motor vehicle speed exceeds 100 km/h, the distance from the front car in the same lane should be kept at more than 100 meters, especially with large passenger and cargo vehicles to maintain an appropriate safety distance to prevent rear-end collision when the front car is under emergency braking. After a fault occurs on the highway, the danger alarm flash should be turned on immediately, the vehicle should be moved to a place that does not impede traffic, and the warning sign should be set up 150 meters away from the direction of the damaged vehicle, and the vehicle personnel should be quickly transferred to the right shoulder or emergency lane, and the alarm should be quickly reported.

(5) Drive cautiously in bad weather. When a motor vehicle is driving on a highway in the event of low visibility meteorological conditions such as fog, rain, snow, sand, hail, etc., it shall comply with the following provisions: When the visibility is less than 200 meters, it shall turn on fog lights, low light lights, profile lights, front and rear position lights and danger alarm flash lights, the speed shall not exceed 60 kilometers per hour, and the distance between the vehicle in front of the same lane shall be more than 100 meters; When the visibility is less than 100 meters, the speed does not exceed 40 kilometers, and the car in front of the same lane maintains a distance of more than 50 meters; When visibility is less than 50 meters, drive no more than 20 kilometers, and get off the highway at the nearest exit as soon as possible.

Never drink and drive. Drunk driving is a serious violation of the law, and drunk driving is easy to cause traffic accidents. When you drink to drive, remember that your family is always looking forward to your safe return, your peace is the happiness of the family.

(7) When you drive a traffic accident that does not cause casualties or the injured person thinks that his injuries are minor, please follow the Beijing Public Security Traffic Management Bureau "on the promulgation of the" Beijing Road Traffic Accident Summary Procedures "Notice (2005 No. 73), negotiate the solution; In case of casualties, please call 122 in time.
