Abstract：Thejointoptimizationofoperationprocessinganddistributioninserviceoriented manufacturingisanimportantarea of supplychain intellgent decision-making.Focusing onthejointschedulingofoperationprocessnganddistributionforresource constrained service providers under carbontrading policies，this paper constructs a single-machinebatch procesing environment to solveajointschedulingproblemofinternalprocessngandbatchdistributionbasedonthecoperationofselfowndandthirdparty vehiclesfor distribution. Considering equipment capacitytransportation capacityconstraints，and carbon trading policies，a mixed-integer programming model isestablishedwiththeobjectiveofminimizingtotaloperationcostsbyintroducingapalel batchprocesingmechanismandadirectshipmentbasedbatchdistributionstrategy.Themathematicalmodelofarealcasefroman automotive electroplatingserviceenterprise issolvedusing the CPLEXJava API，obtaininganexactoptimalsolutionin76.52sods. Additionally， under the cooperative logistics distribution mode， when self-owned vehicles preferentially choose V4 ， the total operation cost is relatively low.
