产科护士工作压力源与应对方式调查 摘 要 目的：产科护士属于比较特殊的群体，她们承担着母婴两条生命的安全，承受着超负荷的工作量等各种压力。通过对产科护士压力产生的原因进行分析，提出对策，旨在进一步降低产科护士的压力，提高产科的护理质量。方法：对产科共94位护士，采用问卷的形式,进行护士压力及压力源调查。针对各种压力源进行分析，综合评判其对产科工作的影响，提出相应的处理措施。结果：产科护士心理压力源得分排序依次为护理专业及工作方面、患者护理方面、工作量及时间分配方面、管理及人际关系方面、工作环境及资源方面。其中护理专业及工作方面和管理及人际关系方面的压力源得分，不同年龄、文化程度、职称差别存在统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：产科护士压力较大，建议针对不同的压力源采取相应的措施，以减轻护士的压力，提高产科护理质量。 关键词：产科护士；压力源；应对方式 Prevention and nursing of nocturnal hypoglycemia in senile diabetes mellitus Abstract Objective: Obstetric nurses belong to a special group, they bear the safety of mother and child, bear the overload of workload and other pressures. Through the analysis of the causes of obstetrical nurses pressure, the countermeasures are put forward in order to further reduce the pressure of obstetrical nurses and improve the quality of obstetrical care. Methods: A total of 94 nurses in obstetrics were investigated by questionnaire. According to the analysis of various pressure sources, the influence on obstetrical work is comprehensively evaluated, and the corresponding treatment measures are put forward. Results: The scores of stressors of obstetric nurses were classified as nursing specialty and work, nursing of patients Management, workload and time allocation, management and interpersonal relationships, working environment and resources. Among them, the scores of stressors in nursing specialty, work and management and interpersonal relationship were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the pressure of obstetrical nurses is great. It is suggested to take corresponding measures to reduce the pressure of nurses and improve the quality of obstetrical nursing.
