应对方式在青少年压力性生活事件与网络游戏成瘾中的中介作用

摘要： 目的 考察压力性生活事件与青少年网络游戏成瘾的关系,以及应对方式在其中的中介作用。方法 采用压力性生活事件问卷、简易应对方式问卷和网络游戏成瘾问卷对409名青少年进行调查。结果 1)压力性生活事件与青少年网络游戏成瘾呈显著正相关(t=0.23,P＜0.001);2)消极应对方式在压力性生活事件与青少年网络游戏成瘾关系间起着显著的部分中介作用(Z=2.80,P<0.01)。结论 压力性生活事件是青少年网络游戏成瘾的风险因素,而消极应对方式是其重要的内在中介机制之一。

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between stressful life events,coping styles,and online gaming addiction among adolescents. Method A total of 409 adolescents were tested with stressful life events questionnaire,simplified coping style questionnaire,and online gaming addiction questionnaire. Results 1)Stressful life events was significantly positive associated with online gaming addiction(t=0.23,P＜0.001);2)The effect of stressful life events on online gaming addiction was partly mediated by negative coping style(Z=2.80,P<0.01). Conclusion Stressful life events is an important risk factor for online gaming addiction among adolescents,and negative coping style is an important mediator in this association.
