服装行业的退货逆向物流管理策略研究 摘 要 逆向物流包含了产品退回、 物品再利用、 废弃物处理、 维修和再制造等流程的物流活动， 能创 造生态效益和经济效益，是构建循环型经济的必然选择。随着社会的发展，人们生活品质的提高， 对商品在各方面的要求也逐步提高， 退货问题在各个行业都越来越突出。 退货逆向物流作为逆向物 流的主要组成部分扮演着更加重要的角色， 更多企业也把目光聚焦退货， 争取让这块儿冰山融成可 以带来经济利益的水源。 为了提高顾客的满意度 , 维持并提高顾客对本企业产品的忠诚度 ,企业采取 自由的退货政策 ,导致退货的大量增加， 居高不下的退货率 , 大量的退货成本严重影响了企业的利润 . 因此退货逆向物流已日益成为企业之间竞争的一个有力的武器。 通过对退货逆向物流的发展以及结合服装行业的退货特点的研究， 阐述了目前退货中存在的问 题以及解决退货问题的意义，从而提出了几点关于解决退货问题的策略。 关键词 ：逆向物流 退货逆向物流 服装行业退货问题 解决策略 I The clothing industry return reverses logistics management strategy ABSTRACT The Reverse logistics contains a return items, items, reuse, waste processing, maintenance and manufacturing processagain the logistics activity, can create ecological benefit and economic benefit, is the inevitable choice of building circular economy.
