【摘要】目的：讨论在治疗妊娠剧吐患者时应用中药手环联合穴位贴敷对其症状改善、生活质量以及舒适度的影响。方法：选择我科2021年6月—2023年1月收治的妊娠剧吐患者50例，利用随机数表法生成常规组与结合组，常规组实施常规治疗，结合组在其基础上实施中药手环联合穴位贴敷进行治疗，对比治疗效果。结果：结合组总有效率更高，分娩率更高，妊娠终止率更低，各项生活质量均更高，舒适度更高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine bracelet combined with acupoint application on the improvement of symptoms， quality of life and comfort in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods： 50 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum patients admitted to our department from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomized number table method was used to create a conventional group and a combination group.
