　　(1)不同主题设计，在儿童房装修时，如果确定一个主题，就可以围绕这个主题进行创意装修。比如以航海家为主题，从墙面、吊顶开始，突出一个海上环境，挂上救生圈等作为装饰，把床设计为船的造型，配合其他航海主题家具，让整个儿童房既有童趣又与众不同。

　　(2)色调搭配，儿童房的色彩一般以活泼为主，巧妙地搭配色彩，能刺激孩子感观想象，具有启迪性，还可以加上一些孩子特别喜欢的颜色。房内摆放一些鲜艳颜色的毛绒玩具、积木等点缀，或者动物造型的大靠枕来增加趣味性，这些多样的图案和鲜艳的颜色必定会成为孩子的最爱。

　　(3)预留空间，预留一个小空间给孩子自由发挥，是一个玩耍的地方，涂鸦、搭帐篷、作品展示等都可以实现，留给孩子一个丰富的想象空间，成为独一无二的装饰。

　　(4)创意收纳，儿童房东西比较杂乱，收纳是必须要的，在这个基础上，也可以有创意，将收纳做得更加有趣味，符合小孩子天性。比如墙面挂钩，可以用喜欢的图案装饰，或者根据整体风格，把一些物品摆放在外面，用一些架子做收纳。

　　虽然是创意儿童房设计，还是要以孩子的安全舒适要放在首位。

　　(1)色调，创意儿童房设计在突出天真童趣和个性的同时也要注意色调的使用不要太多太杂，以免对孩子的视力造成影响。

　　(2)灯饰，孩子比较活泼好动，儿童房的灯饰选择除了材质要环保、灯光要温馨外，还有有灯罩的设计，以免孩子好奇触摸烫等。

　　(3)饰品，不要摆放尖锐棱角的饰品和金属的饰品。叶不要出现大理石等有反射性或污染的装饰材料。

　　(4)墙面装饰，创意儿童房的个性特色一部分来自墙面的装饰，手绘画或墙纸等。但是二者不管是使用哪种都要重视安全环保性，选择健康环保无毒的材质。

　　(5)家具，儿童房的家具最好选用环保的实木家具。

　　(1) 黑板墙，在儿童房设计一面黑板墙，让孩子可以将自己不懂的或者想表达的都展现在黑板墙上。也是一个增加亲子互动十分实用的设计，可以让孩子在学习中成长。

　　(2) 手绘墙画，将孩子喜欢的事物以手绘画的方式装饰在儿童房里面，营造天真童趣的氛围，不仅有利于孩子想像力的开发，也让空间变得更有动感。

　　(3) 卡通装饰，营造童话的氛围。在儿童房增加卡通的元素，比如灯饰、窗饰、收纳柜等，更少不了的是孩子的另一个朋友——毛绒公仔。这些装饰都有利于孩子兴趣的培养。

　　(4) 柔软软装，避免孩子在娱乐或生活的过程中磕碰受伤，房间里要避免出现过多坚硬的物品，尖锐的棱角也可以使用弧线的设计柔化。

　　外墙腻子使用

　　1、基层应坚实、干净、大致平整、无明水，基层强度应大于或接近腻子的强度。吸水性强的基层应先用清水或稀释的莱恩斯界面处理剂进行封底处理，润湿后再刮腻子。

　　2、基墙含水率大于10%，需适当延长涂刷涂料的时间或用抗碱底漆进行封底处理。

　　3、新抹灰的水泥墙应在养护期后再刮腻子。

　　4、外墙防水腻子粉与水的比例为1：0.4-0.45，先加水后加粉料用电动搅拌器搅拌3-5分钟至形成无颗粒的膏状，静置10～20分钟再次搅拌均匀即可施工。

　　5、用钢刮板或抹刀按常规批刮，刮涂次数不可过多，力求均匀平整，勿留交接缝痕迹，首次批刮厚度控制在3mm内。

　　6、批刮厚度0.8～1.5mm，用量1～1.5kg/㎡,一般两遍成活。腻子干燥后视温湿度状况(40度左右)需浇水养护，养护2-3天即可。

　　外墙腻子注意事项

　　1、使用时应首先将干粉腻子加水调配成腻子膏。加水的量一般控制在35%—40%，也就是一袋干粉腻子(25公斤)加水8.75公斤—10公斤左右。

　　2、调配干粉腻子时为了达到充分搅拌均匀，必须用电动搅拌器搅拌。先搅拌5—10分钟，然后静置5分钟，再搅拌5分钟这一过程叫熟化(待干粉乳液完全溶涨后，对施工和成膜有帮助)，其目的是确保浆料无结粒、消除因搅拌产生的气泡。

　　3、外墙腻子需要进行浇水保养，一般是用滚筒蘸水涂刷或用洒水枪、水管将水洒在腻子层面上，有条件的最好多保养几天，每天多浇几遍水(特别是干燥天气，吸水量特别大)，这样有利于进一步固化，满足高硬度要求。

　　4、调配好的腻子，最好能在1小时内使用完毕。如为旧基面，须按表面处理规定清洁处理好基面;对于粉化基面须先用渗透底涂封底。

　　5、外墙腻子要求足够的水分才能充分固化，因此对于特别干燥的基面施工前建议用水湿润。

　　6、施工时，剩下的余料(浆料及粉料)请勿倒进下水道，以免堵塞，保持环境卫生。

　　7、施工时，跟混凝土的施工想接近，最好是成整体批刮，否则在接口处连接不好。

　　8、若是用腻子修补裂缝及小孔洞，可以粘结底涂加水泥或干粉腻子加5%的多功能添加剂修补，减少养护时间。

　　由于蚕丝的特性，在加上人们对蚕丝被的晾晒众说纷纭，很多消费者都比较迷茫，到底能不能晒的问题。其实蚕丝被是可以晒的，如果一直不晒，会有异味和湿气，导致全棉的层套发霉，甚至是让蚕丝结块，但是在晒的时候需要注意以下几点：

　　1、新做的蚕丝被会散发出一股蚕蛹的味道，只需将它放在通风的地方2天就可以了。切不可长期暴露在强光下，一般控制在2个小时，既杀菌又增加保暖性，如果时间太长，会破坏蚕丝，导致变质断裂。

　　2、蚕丝被的晾晒环境要求为阳光稍微弱一点、通风良好的条件，不仅可以接受充足的光照，而且不会破坏被芯。

　　3、蚕丝被的晾晒时间是有规律的，通常每1个月晒1～3次（干燥天晒1次，潮湿天晒2～3天），每次晒2～3小时，一般2小时就够了，正反两面都要晒到。时间一般选在上午10或下午3点前后，该段时间阳光不会太强。

　　4、蚕丝被每次晒好后最好用手轻轻拍打一下，以恢复蓬松感和保暖度，增加被子的使用年限。

安装注意事项：

　　由于泥砂浆及石灰的腐蚀性，安装及装修期敬请注意勿让水泥浆附着在不锈板面上，如不小心溅上，请及时用清水冲洗。

单门的安装及校正：

　　1、所需工具及材料：冲击钻、铁锤、钢丝钳、铅垂、水平尺、膨胀螺栓M10×100、木片或硬纸片。

　　2、测量门洞尺寸是否与门框相符，如果门洞尺寸偏大或者偏小，则应修整以能适应为准。

　　3、把不锈钢门扇取下，将门框放入门洞，用水平尺、铅锤等工具检查门框是否摆正放平，必要时加垫木片或硬纸片，在门框安装孔中套画孔位置记号，然后取下门框。

　　4、用冲击钻在已做记号的墙上钻孔，钻孔时一定要平正，如有歪斜会直接影响装门。

　　5、将框放入门洞，装膨胀螺栓，先预紧固中间螺栓，确定平正后再固定其余螺栓。

　　6、把门扇套上门框，检查开关是否灵活，门锁位置是否准确，若有异常可作进一步调整。

　　7、确认无其它问题后，将全部膨胀螺栓紧固，如有条件可将螺母与螺栓焊牢。

一框两门的安装及校正：

　　1、所需工具及材料：冲击钻、铁锤、钢丝钳、铅垂、水平尺、水泥钉M10×80或膨胀螺栓M10×100、木片或硬纸片。

　　2、把不锈钢门扇取下，将门框放入门洞，用水平尺、铅锤等工具检查门框是否摆正放平，若不平正，用木片垫平整。

　　3、先以内门铰一侧作基准边，把门框加强筋上的安装片旋转至与门框垂直，然后将安装片折弯用水泥钉或膨胀螺栓固定在墙上。

　　4、将内不锈钢门门扇套上门框，锁上锁，在确保平正的情况下，相继把内门安装片固定在墙上。

　　5、用同样的方法将栅栏门套上门框，固定好安装片。

　　6、检查内门、栅栏门开关是否灵活，若有异常可塞木片进一步调整。

　　7、在门框与墙之间缝隙处塞木片，使门框较为稳定，然后往门框内灌注水泥砂浆，待水泥砂浆凝固干燥后把门缝外木片取出方可使用门的功能。但在24小时内，应尽量减少开关门次数及力度。
