第一章：项目背景与目标

1.1项目背景

我国经济的快速发展，农业生产在国民经济中的地位日益重要。但是在农业生产过程中，能源消耗和污染物排放问题日益凸显，对生态环境和农业可持续发展造成一定影响。我国高度重视农业领域的节能减排工作，为实现农业绿色发展和生态文明建设，提出了农业生产节能减排实施方案。本项目旨在分析我国农业生产中能源消耗和污染物排放的现状，提出相应的节能减排措施，促进农业可持续发展。
