重塑你的工作。为了提升在工作中的幸福感，你可以重塑自己的工作。第一，可以改变工作中的一些常规内容，增加一些让你感到有意义和快乐的工作内容，来代替不能激起你热情的那些任务。第二，可以赋予工作本身更多的意义。就像那些优秀的医院清洁工，他们并没有觉得自己的工作毫无意义，相反，他们觉得自己的工作，能够促进医院的顺利运转，是一件非常有意义的工作，因此提升了工作的幸福感。
