In fact, I can make a joke with you, who is our best educator or coach? When we study the Diamond Sutra, we often read: Subhuti asked the Buddha at the beginning: Buddha, how should a bodhisattva develop his mind and benefit sentient beings? The Buddha said to him, "How do you understand this?" Is it like this, is it like this in famous sayings, and is it like this in life? Is this the case in the true sense? This is how the question has always been asked. Until finally Subhuti suddenly became enlightened, and the sutra said, "Subhuti...... Tears and sorrow, I have never been ...... before" means that I have not attained such great enlightenment before, so I am very grateful to the Buddha for his inspiration and guidance, and I am full of joy and joy...... So from a certain point of view, the heuristic teaching of coaching techniques actually has similarities with the way Buddhism enlightens, and it is learned from our great Buddha, which is one of my feelings.

Today I would like to share with you "Harmonious Management of Life".

Although man is alive, his body cannot live forever.

Since we have this vulgar body, it will inevitably live and die, and life and death are a relative process for each of us. Where did our life come from and where did we die? Because most people don't understand, some people only know how to pursue life one-sidedly and find a basis for survival, so they will not value their own lives, because they only know how to live, what is the purpose of living? I have never thought about whether there is any meaning of life behind life; There are also some people who know that there is life behind our superficial lives, but they do not know how to value their own lives. Therefore, life is very vague and ignorant to most of us.

The ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus said: It is impossible for man to step into the same river twice. He told us that everything is impermanent and that life cannot start over.

Ancient Greek mythology tells us that everyone is born to find their other half, and the process of our life is the process of finding the other half, which means that we are born incomplete, and our lives are born imperfect.

So, our Chinese Confucius also said, "If you don't know life, how do you know death?" Why live? I don't know where I came from; So how can we know how to die and where to die? Confucius could not give us a specific inspiration about death.

Lao Tzu said: "Man follows the earth, the earth follows the sky, the heaven follows the Tao, and the Tao follows nature", which means that people should follow the laws of nature, born when they are born, and extinguish when they die......

On the one hand, Zhuangzi talks about "doing nothing", people do what they do with non-action, and wood becomes their talents by not doing anything; On the one hand, it also talks about the freedom and freedom of life transcendence: "There are fish in the North Sea,...... It soared into the sky and turned into a roc, and its wings stretched for tens of thousands of miles......"

And we ordinary people will think that life and death are up to fate, and almost all people have this idea. Therefore, someone has mentioned that we humans accept life without choice, because when we are born, we have no autonomy to choose the time, time, space, place, and parents of birth; To live is to spend life under helpless conditions, with one's emotions and karma constantly flowing; In the end, he returned his life to fate under the helpless resistance and struggle.

Therefore, some people will say: We are born inexplicably wonderful, we live unclearly, and we die helplessly. I think it's about living helplessly and dying unclear - I don't know what life is like until I die! Unclear and confused, I went to reincarnation again!

In fact, this is a general state of almost all our lives, including animals.

Many of our students here have taken various management courses such as MBA, EMBA, and the president class (the actual president class seems to train many people who want to be presidents, just kidding).

We say that in a short period of one or two hundred years, Western management has accumulated a lot of excellent management experience suitable for the West from the primitive accumulation of capital to the perfection of all aspects of capitalist society. Why do we Chinese want to learn Western management technology? In fact, the most critical reason is, have you ever thought about "capitalism"? These four words are very clear. What is capital? Capital is money, tools, principal or the cost of earning more benefits; What is Doctrine? It is our thought, our orientation, and the purpose that our hearts advocate. This determines the origin or beginning of our current outlook on life, and this determines the state of our life!

Now we Chinese are almost from top to bottom, from inside to outside, from urban to rural, everyone is in line with capital and money! So everyone went to study the economic management of Western capitalism. Including the farmers mentioned by our teacher Qu, he also has to learn, what he learns: he wants to learn capital operation and cost accounting; (It is possible), production management, personnel management, performance management, brand management, etc. Therefore, the purpose of mobilizing the whole people and running enterprises is nothing more than one: to pursue profits! In fact, the simplest way is how much money you can make!

…… Slowly like this, whether it is a business, an official, a teacher, an actor, a shopkeeper, a farmer, a businessman, an educated or uneducated, the standard by which we measure whether a person is a successful person is often the label given to him by our society, and in jargon, it is how much economic benefit this person can create! To put it bluntly, whether you have money, power, fame, profit, or whether you have a woman, this is called success. On the other hand, if a person does not have a lot of money, he has no power, no fame and no profit, we tend to look down on him, classify him as a disadvantaged group, etc., is that so?

However, we said, after so many years of learning business management here, is it really possible to make the whole earth full of gold as we expect in our hearts? It's impossible! On the contrary, many social problems have emerged, such as family problems, education problems, and youth problems. Even the problem of our survival has also arisen, we are not at ease about what we eat, the people we interact with have no confidence in their hearts, and everyone's physical crisis and psychological fear accompany our lives.

And at this time, some of us have gone to learn from the West! He went to learn humanistic management, humanized management, and ethical management that some people now advocate, the so-called humanistic management and humanized management.

Because Western thinking is a little different from our Eastern thinking, they over-reinforce themselves. Therefore, the Western courses that many people take now are quite strong in a person's self, from one point of view it will enhance our self-confidence, from another perspective we need to combine our Eastern wisdom; Therefore, many Westerners are very keen to seek the way of management from our ancient Eastern wisdom: they come to learn Laozi, Confucius, the Analects, the Qualification Tongjian, as well as the I Ching, and Buddhism.

What does he learn from it? We know that the so-called highest management of life is the management of our own lives! If a person can't even manage himself well, and your own body and mind cannot achieve normality, harmony, health and happiness, whether this person goes to a business, starts a family, or even goes shopping on the street, goes sightseeing, goes to wander the world, says a word, sneezes, and makes an expression...... Doing nothing can bring happiness to others! Because he doesn't have this source.

Buddhism, founded by Shakyamuni Buddha 2,500 years ago in ancient India, can free us from a very confused, vulgar, chaotic, and confused state, and return to the most natural and complete state of life of our human nature.

Now Westerners have also begun to use hypnosis, and there are many ways to verify the ancient methods of the East. For example, through our endless efforts and practice, I can reach the highest state of life. Now a new research topic "life science" has emerged in the world, and many of us may know about it.

Some time ago, a very popular idea in China was a book by Dr. Toynbee of the United Kingdom [Exploring the 21st Century]; Townnby is known as the greatest historian and anthropologist of the 20th century. He once said a prophecy, I don't know if our relevant students in education have studied it, I think it is very enlightening for us now. He said the first point; The combination of Eastern and Western cultures based on Chinese culture will be the most beautiful and eternal culture of mankind!

When we Chinese people now see that there are Confucius schools abroad, and then go back to find our ancestors, some people may go to extremes, thinking that a "disciple's rule" or something can fully cope with all the problems we are facing in the process of life. This may not be appropriate. Then, some people one-sidedly pursue Western culture, thinking that Western management, as well as certain family arrangements and psychology, can solve many of our current problems after learning, which we say is not perfect. But if, as he mentioned, if we can fully integrate Eastern and Western cultures, we can achieve harmony in our society.

He also mentioned that if mankind wants to solve the problems of the 21st century, it must draw wisdom from China's Confucian thought and Mahayana Buddhism!

Where does this wisdom come from? We all need to know that wisdom comes from our own nature, from our original Buddha nature. Because our nature is pure, pure, and bright...... If a person's nature does not have this original purity, then no matter how good a coach or educator is, there is no way for us to wash this thing like coal and charcoal!

It is precisely because each of us has a pure and beautiful Buddha nature and good roots in our hearts, so that we can correct our body and mind through study and the teachings of our teachers, so that we can decide on a very perfect life.

Let's look at Confucius's thought: We Chinese talk about "benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and trust". This is starting from "benevolence", including a lot of humanized management now, it is also combined with our oriental culture to educate everyone, the so-called "human nature", that is, what we call "the beginning of human beings, nature is good".

What is "Mahayana Buddhism"?

"Mahayana Buddhism" talks about the great wisdom and compassion that a person has, and the dual luck of compassion and wisdom, and the non-duality of emptiness. Not only in the 21st century, but also in the 21st century, if we want to solve and attain liberation from various personal and social problems that we face in our lifetimes, and to achieve complete harmony, peace, and happiness, "Mahayana Buddhism" has very detailed educational and practice methods.

Therefore, we must look back at Mahayana Buddhism and Confucianism to find solutions to many problems in human society, nature, and even individuals.

Nowadays, many teachers also use the essence of traditional culture to combine with our worldly culture to do many courses, which many of us have come into contact with.

So, what is management and what is "management"?

"Management" is a discipline that emerged in response to the times. As the name suggests, "pipe", the ancients said that "pipe" is a pipeline, a control, a restraint, and a channel; Reasoning is sorting, organizing, cleaning and straightening.

In fact, "management" is a planned, organized, systematic, and goal-oriented way of operation, and we summarize it to form "management".

We all live in this world, have you ever found where the greatest management is, have you ever seen it?

When we look at the operation of celestial bodies in the universe, the sun rises and sets in the east and west, the world's formation and dwelling, the sky is bad, and even people's birth, old age, illness and death. Is there anyone in charge? This is what we Chinese call "Taoism and nature", which is the highest level of management!

If we carefully observe the management of many people's self, employees, and enterprises, you will find that many leaders now do "nanny-type" leaders! He is a nanny, he doesn't understand how to manage "don't care", he doesn't have this practice and understanding, so being a nanny is very tiring.

Nature tells us this law, the highest management is in this world, it demonstrates it in front of us every day, but few of us are inspired by ourselves: the highest level of management is nature, Chinese call it "big", it is big and invisible, big and transformed, it is "natural", Buddhism is called "Dharma and so", without any artifice, it is like this......

It should be like this, we usually call it "the way of heaven", and some TV series are also called [the way of heaven] and [the way of business], it is indeed like this, the way of heaven pays attention to nature!

We mentioned earlier that Dr. Townby said: "If we can effectively combine Chinese culture and Western culture, it is the most beautiful and eternal culture of our human beings!"

Let's take a look at Western culture and Western management. Western management is about regulation, standardization, and even humanization and democratization, and it respects the people's feelings, public opinion, and people's hearts, that is, fraternity for everyone. So what does it emphasize, the reason why Western management is successful, you will find that it has a fundamental reason, it respects human life, it comes from "respect"!

Look again, the three representatives of our oriental culture, "Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism". Confucius of 'Confucianism', he said about settling down, establishing life, governing the country, and pacifying the world, and he talked about: benevolence, love, ethics and morality, benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, filial piety, brotherhood, loyalty, and faith. This is respecting our hearts, the reason and morality in a person's heart, so he taught us that if you want to succeed, you must first be a good person, "if you don't succeed, you will become benevolent". Although I have not completed this matter, my benevolence for others has completely created the noble quality in my heart, so "Confucianism" is about morality-based, filial piety first, and restoration of etiquette; First regulate ourselves, and then imitate etiquette in society and among the crowd.

"Taoism" comes from Lao Tzu's [Tao Te Ching]. What is he advocating?" The unity of heaven and man"! If you follow the natural conditions and undertake the cause, it is called 'those who follow the heavens'; If we don't follow the laws of nature, it is called 'those who go against heaven will die'. It respects nature!

And Buddhism. Buddhism says: "If the heart is pure, the land will be pure." The Western Elysium is not in the far West, but in the heart of each of us.

If each of us refrains from doing all evil, practices all goodness, purifies our own minds, selflessly dedicates ourselves to society, and puts compassion as the foundation and convenience as the door, everyone can create the most peaceful and beautiful world in their hearts! Its roots lie in respect for people's hearts.

So let's take a look, from the excellent management of the West to the wisdom of our East, all of these successful management come from two words: "respect"!

Yesterday I saw US President Barack Obama giving a speech to students in a high school in the United States, and I felt very good. His speech was very incisive and concise, and he mentioned why students come to study. He mentioned that the purpose of students' learning is to be responsible to society!

If we want to educate a student, or any person, we need to strengthen a thought for our children, that is, to let him understand that a person is responsible to society, he will have a sense of responsibility, and he will love the world with responsibility! If a person does not love the world, he will live a mediocre life, and he will not contribute any light and heat to the society; His responsibility comes from respect for society, respect for the country, and respect for education! If each of us can respect life, nature, humanity, and kindness, and purify our own hearts with responsibility and morality; Respect comes from the perfection or management of the self, our personal human heart is naturally pure and solemn, if a person achieves harmony in his own heart: from the inside can communicate with the heart, that is, the heart that each of us has is as vast as the void, pure, and has all things in mind, it is always in our own nature; Externally, we can be in harmony with all things, and with our family, society, and nature, and the universe in our pure hearts, so that our state of mind is the same...... We Chinese call it "the unity of nature and man", and this is "nature"!" What is "nature"? Managing without a tube is the most natural management. Of course, this requires a process for us.

We now advocate a harmonious society, we look at the word "and", "and", a crop has a mouth; What does it refer to? everyone has food to eat; The word "harmony" is a word next to the word, and there is no dispute in one word; There is no fighting, no comparison, no comparison, no climbing, no comparison, no unevenness, just like the ancients said, "everyone is happy", making everyone happy is my greatest joy...... Therefore, the "harmony" that our ancestors said is that everyone has a stable life in the material aspect, and everyone is happy in their hearts in the spiritual aspect, which is called "harmony"!

So, what we manage is "money", "things", or "people"?

We will all say that it is in charge of "people". Is it someone else or yourself? It is you who are in charge; Where do you start with yourself? We must start from our human "heart", a body with mental activity is the life of each of us.

We manage the sky, the earth, the country, the enterprise, the family, the people, the affairs, the food, and the drink...... Have you ever managed your own life, and have you allowed our life to operate in an organized, planned, systematic, and purposeful manner?

When it was about to be born, how did I let it be born? What is it made for? How do I let it die when it dies? Why did it die? Why is it alive when it is alive? How can I live in this world in an orderly and meaningful way? This is what we call harmonious management of life.

Our lives need to be managed.

Each of us, any person's career, for example, if someone asks you, did you make a profit or a loss last year? Generally speaking, we will measure it immediately with funds, and if you do a good calculation, I made a net profit of 500 million last year. Are you net earning? Have we considered it? In fact, we say that every enterprise from planning projects to actions and implementation, we often only plan economic costs, time costs, labor costs, and profit targets, and profit targets are often profits replaced by money; What are some of the additional values? Is it a brand benefit? There is also the so-called corporate image, which belongs to the reputation and reputation of the company you run, which is the potential value.

The so-called pursuit of humanized management, when we keep emphasizing human nature, we ignore the most important problem in everything we do, what is it? Or you don't think about this aspect at all – the cost and price our lives pay for it!

None of us have thought about how many people can succeed in their careers and earn their expected profits, but they also suffer from cancer. When he leaves this world, he comes empty-handed and empty-handed, we think that we are in charge of a lot of people and a lot of money, but in the end we will find that what we lack most is responsibility and management for ourselves, and we do not take care of our precious lives. We do not include the cost of life, we ignore the feelings and spirit we dedicate to everything in life, as well as morality, conscience, family affection, health, happiness, freedom, and the deeper things in our lives; Further, there are also the blessings of society, the earth, and nature...... We have never thought about all the causes and effects of the entire universe on the success of this matter and the price or influence we have paid!

Now there are reports in the world that in order to one-sidedly pursue economic benefits, the earth has stored a lot of underground resources in hundreds of millions of years, and in just a few decades and less than a hundred years, 70% of them have been exploited!

In order to ensure that our descendants have food and food, our ancestors have stored so many resources and energy for us, so what we give back to nature is a lot of white Great Wall and white garbage! Now the spacecraft in the outer space of the earth, there is a lot of non-degradable white garbage, what we leave to future generations is this thing, we say that all this will have cause and effect!

So what else does it have to do? We create a lot of by-products while creating so-called profits, which bring us illness, unhealth, psychological troubles, pain, family breakdown, irritability, instability, not to mention greed, hatred, infatuation, arrogance, suspicion, jealousy, etc...... These thieves follow our lives closely, always robbing us of only a little joy or happiness like the tip of a needle in our hearts! Our human happiness is easily destroyed.

The day before you thought your family was very harmonious, but suddenly one day when your wife is going to divorce you, you immediately feel that the world is not complete, and many people around you seem to have problems. What is the reason? We build our own harmony and happiness on external people or things.

So what do we live for? If it is only for the sake of banknotes or the profits established by banknotes, why don't we calculate the profits of managing our spiritual aspects!

Some people say that we are a very wonderful thing, when we are young, we often have to be in a hurry to grow up, desperately want to grow up, thinking that I can be free when I grow up; But when we grow up, we lament our past and lose the beauty of our childhood; After that, we exchange health for money, and after the past, we exchange money for health.

Each of us is very anxious about the future, but ignoring the happiness and joy we have now, we are neither living in the present nor in the future, where do we live? Live in "gods and horses are floating clouds"! So it seems that everything we do is for ourselves, but in the end, we find that everything is not for ourselves, and there is no way to do it for ourselves!

Therefore, when we are alive, we will never think that one day I will die, and when we die, we find that it seems that I have never lived, and I am facing a desperate situation before I have time to live, this is the state of our life!

If we only have one life, it is very simple for us to come into this world.

Just like a factory, occasionally a batch of products is produced, so that after the product is scrapped, it can be discontinued. But have we found that there are so many differences between people, and everyone's world is different, what is the reason? Because the "cause" of achieving everyone is different; So if the "causes" that achieve a person are different, then the "results" of our future will also be different from the actions of this life.

Therefore, there is a great mystery in life, which is extremely difficult!

Some people often say that "people live a lifetime, and the grass and trees fall in autumn".

However, if you take a look, it is only a season of grass that has survived, you look at the current season, the green outside, thousands of green colors, small grass, big trees, let's take a good look, small grass, big tree, it has its prosperity and future withering.

The summer flowers are brilliant and the autumn leaves are quiet and beautiful, she is so full of vitality!

We say "one flower, one world, one leaf and one bodhi"; It seems that a flower and a leaf can foresee all its life, release the beauty of nature with its enthusiasm, and show the world the extraordinary existence of its short season!

What about us, the spirits of all things? A plant is like this, and when the flower blooms, it seems to show us everything that is most beautiful! But why don't we humans live the most beautiful? Or even live a helpless life? The reason is that we have a lot of worries, greed, hatred, and other troubles in our hearts, as well as mixed instability, intrigue, doubts, and fears in our lives, as well as the clothing, food, fame, profit, wealth, power, and so on that we pursue...... All these vulgar things completely drown out the glory and solemnity of our lives.

Therefore, we say that living a meaningful and valuable life is our current topic! We need to learn, we need to be a good person!
